chore(opencode): update model configs and permission rules

- Switch multiplexer type from tmux to auto
- Add deepseek-v4-flash and deepseek-v4-pro to model fallbacks
- Allow webfetch and echo commands
- Deny environment variable exposure via echo/printenv/env
